Terms and Conditions of Website Use

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between IKIS SL Ltd., with registered office and registered address at ul. „Bel Kamak 9, 1346 Voluyak, Bulgaria, e-mail: office@ikis-sl.com, telephone: +359 882 288 439 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company„) and the visitors and users of the website https://ikis-sl.com/ (the „Site“).

By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accept them and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Subject of services. Through the Site, the Company provides information about its business, products and services, including but not limited to: design, prototyping, sheet metal fabrication, profile and tube fabrication, lighting fixtures and systems, UV-C products, and information about completed projects. The site may allow for the submission of inquiries, requests or orders, as well as the provision of files and technical documentation.

2. Use of the Site. Users undertake to use the Site in good faith, for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law, these Terms and Conditions and good morals. Any action that may result in a breach of security, restriction of access to the Site, damage to content or infrastructure, or unauthorized access to Company or third party systems is prohibited.

3. Information, offers and orders. All descriptions, images and technical specifications of products and services published on the Site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to make an enquiry or an offer by the user. Specific conditions, prices, terms of performance and technical specifications are agreed individually between the Company and the customer and confirmed in writing (including by e-mail) or in a separate contract.

4. Prices and payment. Where indicative prices are published on the Site, they are for guidance only and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final price of a product or service is set out in a quotation, pro forma invoice, contract or other written confirmation from the Company. Payments shall be made in the manner and on the terms specifically agreed with the customer.

5. Intellectual property. All texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, technical drawings and other materials published on the Site are subject to copyright and/or industrial property protection and belong to the Company or the respective right holders. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, use for commercial purposes or otherwise exploit the contents of the Site without the express prior written consent of the Company.

6. Limitation of liability. The Company uses reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate, current and complete, but does not guarantee its completeness and assumes no responsibility for technical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site, including for interruption of access, loss of data, damage from viruses or other malicious components. The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites to which the Site may contain links. Visiting such sites is done entirely at the user's own risk.

7. Personal data. The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Site is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy of the Company.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions. The Company shall have the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Site and shall apply to all visits and actions after that date. We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

9. Applicable law and disputes. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions. All disputes between the Company and the Users in connection with the use of the Site shall be settled by negotiation and, in the event of disagreement, by the competent Bulgarian court.
